The main process of tufted carpet
1. Material preparation, weaving the preheated and shaped acrylic fiber into base fabric and various chemical fiber yarns required for tufting.
2. Tufting and setting, that is, chemical fiber yarns are arranged on the acrylic fiber base fabric with a row of needles and needles, and are tufted at high speed to form neat and dense loop piles or cut piles on the carpet surface.
3. Apply synthetic latex or polyester adhesive on the back of the blanket, and stick the base cloth and tufting into a firm whole.
4. Finishing process, including smoothing the surface of the carpet with a shearing machine, printing on the surface of the carpet, pasting the foam backing such as SBR or polyurethane or jute backing on the back of the carpet, fluffing and finishing the surface of the carpet with steam, etc.
